FamilyTreesAI is a subscription web service that helps you organize, audit, and preserve your family's history through AI-assisted tools. You upload family data; we provide processing, storage, and presentation features.
You retain ownership of all family data, photos, recordings, and stories you upload. We have a limited license to process and present this content to deliver the service, and nothing else. You can export everything at any time. If you cancel, your archive is preserved in read-only mode and remains exportable.
Don't upload content that violates living-person privacy without consent. Don't use the platform to harass other family members or third parties. Don't try to extract data on other families that isn't shared with you.
Annual subscriptions are opt-in renewal — we email when your subscription is expiring, and you actively choose to continue. We never auto-charge without confirmation. Founders rate ($199/year, first 100 families only) is locked in for life on renewal. Standard rate after founders fill is $399/year. Lifetime Archive ($1,499 founders launch, first 50 buyers) is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
Full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. After 30 days, your subscription is non-refundable but expires naturally at month 12.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. If Sagentica ever shuts down: 90-day notice, full export tools, open-source data schema. Your family's archive is never held hostage to our business survival.
Standard SaaS-tier limitation: maximum recovery is the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
State of Oregon, USA. Disputes are resolved in Oregon courts unless both parties agree to arbitration.
If terms change materially, we email all customers at least 30 days before changes take effect. You can cancel and export before changes apply.
